EnhanceFitness Class at West Maui Senior Center
Maui County Office on Aging's EnhanceFitness class starts Monday, January 5th at West Maui Senior Center. Classes meet Mon/Tues/Thurs at 4:30 PM and are ongoing. EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based, award winning national exercise program for older adults which includes cardiorespiratory, balance, strength and flexibility components. Stop by the West Maui Senior Center to register and pick-up a "Welcome Packet". Contact Paula Keele 870-5530 with any questions.
