Wabisabi Soba is a tranquil Zen garden on Hana Hwy on the Hana side of Baldwin Ave in Paia. Handmade organic, gluten-free soba noodles, excellent sushi hand rolls... this is a gem not to be missed.
Open for Dinner Tues-Sat 5pm-9pm (Last order at 8:15). Closed Sunday-Monday. Please call 808-318-3342 for reservations or book through Open Table. Also available for private parties.

5 Stars: Exceptionally good authentic soba... Have been traveling and living in Maui for 2-3 month last 3 years and this is the best restaurant in the island we've been to to date in terms of quality of food. Only recently opened and the ambient is great as well with outdoor seating and a small Japanese garden like feel. The menu is relatively simple with various kinds of cold/hot soba, a few sushi/sashimi roll choices. Often times it's the simplest menu restaurants that have the highest quality food. -- John G, CA
