Discover the Japanese Staff/Jo as the key to mind-body awareness in a 4-week course Wednesdays September 2 to 23, 6:30 to 8:00 pm, at Maui Ki-Aikido, 194 S. Market, Wailuku. The jo practice includes solo forms (kata) and dynamic defensive techniques that coordinate breath with action and showcase aikido’s principles of harmony and flow.
