In this experiential class, you’ll connect more deeply to your inner wisdom and learn how to:

- Distinguish your intuition from fear or mental chatter
- Strengthen your ability to “tune in” and receive clear inner guidance
- Use simple tools to ground and center yourself before making decisions
- Tap into your body’s wisdom as an intuitive compass
