Aikido Meditation and Ki Breathing, Key to Mind-Body Awareness - Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm June 4-25

Maui Ki Aikido in Wailuku will offer “Aikido Meditation and Ki Breathing as the Key to Mind-Body Awareness,” a four-week public course for adults and teens on all Wednesday evenings in June, starting June 4. The classes, at the Shunshinkan Dojo, 194 South Market, Wailuku, are from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The course fee is $40.
