Learn safety and self-defense through Mind-Body Awareness at Maui Ki-Aikido in a 2-hour special workshop on Friday, March 31, 6:30 to 8:30 pm.  The class at the beautful Shunshinkan Dojo, 194 South Market, Wailuku, is open to adults and teens and will be taught by 6th day Head Instructor Tracy Reasoner.
