Embark on a journey of tranquility and rejuvenation with our special event, "Moving into Relaxation." This unique experience combines the gentle movements of yoga with the soothing sounds of a soundbath, creating a harmonious union of body, mind, and spirit.
Gentle Yoga: Led by an experienced instructor of 24 years, this session will guide you through gentle yoga poses, helping you release tension through breath and movement entering into stillness.
Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound as our sound therapist creates a serene atmosphere with rose quartz 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
