Ohana Farm Parcels Lottery Lot Selection Event 9am-12pm Sat-Sun in April/24

Ohaha Farm Parcels, led by Peter Savio,  continues its commitment to providing affordable farming opportunities on Oahu through their special lot selection events. The special lot selection events, open to the public, will be held every Saturday and Sunday in April.

The leasing program requires a $10,000 refundable deposit per acre (prorated), with a monthly rent of $600 per acre for a five-year lease term. The land, centrally located ¼ mile from the Dole Plantation Visitor Center, offers breathtaking views of North Shore Beaches and Haleiwa Town. Positioned at a 1000-foot elevation with sun, fertile soil, and water, the land is zoned for agricultural use only. Of 138 original lots, approximately 45 farm lots of AG-1 of 2, 3, 4, and 5-acre sites are still available, with risers located every 2 acres for easily accessible R1 water. Farming will commence on May 1st.
