ABOUT OUR SOUND HEALING SESSIONS​

Each session is customized to your individual needs. We begin by setting an intention; whether you're searching to bring in or let go of something in your life. Our music is created to match the vibration of your unique intention. Gentle guidance is provided and incorporated throughout the sound journey.

You can expect a combination of mantras, chants, invocations, world instruments, sarod, crystal singing bowls, Paiste and Tesla gongs as well as modern technology including binaural beats and isochronic tones.  

Our proven technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and facilities shifting in brainwave activity from our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness) even reaching theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).
