4-week Introductory Ki-Aikido course for adults and teens 6:30-8:30pm Mondays May 2-23

A public introductory course in Ki-Aikido for adults and teens will be offered on four consecutive Monday nights in May at the Shunshinkan Dojo of Maui Ki Aikido, 194 S Market, Wailuku, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The course will be taught by 5th-dan Fincher Sterling under the direction of Head Instructor Tracy Reasoner.

Ki-Aikido is a Japanese martial art which teaches practical self-defense with a peaceful mindset and calmness training through movement. All aspects of Ki-Aikido practice will be introduced over the course of the 4 sessions.

The fee of $40 can be applied to dues if the participant joins the dojo to continue training after the 4-week course. Participants should wear comfortable, loose clothing, and slippers. For more information and registration, call 808-268-3818.
