Self-Defense Workshop for Adults and Teens 6:30-8:30pm April 29

A special public self-defense workshop designed for adults and teens will be held Friday, April 29 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, at Maui Ki-Aikido's dojo, 194 S Market, Wailuku. The class teaches fundamentals of calm awareness and a few simple self-defense techniques. The cost is $10, and no reservations are necessary, but participants are requested to arrive by 6:00 pm to sign in. Wear comfortable loose clothing and slippers.
