Yoga by the Beach Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am Kanaha Beach
Join me at Kanaha Beach Park Wednesdays at 9:30am at the third entrance, near the restroom building for a weekly all-levels yoga class! We will practice a 60-minute vinyasa flow followed by a yummy savasana with optional hands-on adjustments. Come early or stay late to build your community or enjoy the beach.
Bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Donations start at $10!
