Welcome to Maui Sound Healing. We are excited to take you on a relaxing journey through sound and vibration. Please note: Experience takes 70-80 minutes depending on group size.
The sound journey starts with a soothing crystal bowl sound bath as the listener is guided with a gentle meditation. The session incorporates over 15 instruments specifically chosen to align and activate the body, mind and spirit, decrease anxiety, and promote relaxation. The journey uses multi-cultural dimensions from different parts of the wold to allow maximum benefit of the time period provided.
Many listeners fall into a state of deep relaxation and meditation with no prior experience. The transcendental sounds act to reduce and eliminate mind chatter, leading to a release of deep rooted tensions and emotional blocks. People often emerge from the experience feeling lighter, balanced and rejuvenated.
Each sound healing is specifically designed and created to meet each listener's needs. Prior to arrival, guests are encouraged to share specific intentions, goals, struggles, or ailments to help us provide the best experience possible.
Sound Healing studio equipped with hospital grade HEPA filter and is cleaned using FDA approved UV light system for the ultimate safety and health of our guests. Maximum 4 guests in studio.
***Studio will provide yoga mat, bottled water, and pillow. Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable lying down for approximately 1 hour.
