Jody Soltau's Dance Stretch - Fridays at 10:30am

Jumpstart the weekend every Friday from 10:30am to noon with Jody Soltau's Dance Stretch. Jody effectively combines elements of Pilates, modern dance, and ballet floor barre to promote fluidity of movement, increase body awareness & alignment while increasing your body's flexibility.

Jody was the co-founder of KoaBlue Dance Theatre creating numerous choreographies over 10 years. An original member of 'Ulalena who created character "Taro," Jody has been directing 'Random Acts' for The Studio Maui since 2004.
