Pilates Beach Body Mat Class

Want to achieve your best beach body for summer? Wishing for a flat belly, toned legs, strong arms, and improved posture? Discover Pilates, through fun and effective one hour core workouts that focus on alignment and safe movement. Led by certified Pilates trainer Angelika Dickeson, this class incorporates a variety of props to strengthen your core and tone your muscles. Women and men of all ages and ability levels are welcome. At Wisdom Flow Studio at 95 Makawao Avenue in Pukalani, Thursdays, from 6 pm to 7 pm. $15 per class.

About Angelika Dickeson

A certified Pilates trainer with a lifelong passion for ballet, jazz, modern, and hip hop dance. Angelika first developed an interest in Pilates to help heal a minor dance-related knee injury. Angelika studied with renowned New York Pilates instructor Anita Jackson and respected instructor Caleb Rhodes and completed Ellie Herman's Pilates Teacher Training program to become a certified Pilates trainer. Committed to state-of-the-art Pilates teaching technique, she has attended numerous workshops to develop her professional knowledge. Angelika's passion is helping other people use safe techniques to achieve core strength, fitness, and healing, which can be seen in the way she teaches her classes, interacts with students, and helps others when in need.
