Vinyasa Yoga with Sammy is her unique blend of Ashtanga Vinyasa but rooted in the strong alignment principles of Iyengar. A dedicated student of both form Sammy share the best of both! Thursday evening offers a special treat with the last 15 minutes of class being a guided meditation as taught by Joie to balance Body, mind and Soul
