In this class you will learn the “Basic Eight Form” from the lineage of Grand Master Hong Liu, author of “Mastering Miracles” and “The Healing Art of Qi Gong”. The “Basic Eight” Qi Gong form’s health benefits are for gently opening & cleansing the 14 major acupuncture meridians while guiding fresh Qi flow through your meridians.
