Vegan for the Animals Dinner
Moku Roots, Lahaina Gateway’s zero-waste vegan restaurant, will be hosting a charity dinner to benefit Leilani Farm Sanctuary on Wednesday, January 27. The five-course dinner is priced at $60 per person, and of that cost, $10 per person will be donated to the non-profit.
The locally sourced menu features a Vegan Charcuterie Board, Rainbow Veggie Carpaccio, Fried Polenta and Ulu Salad, Butternut Squash Alfredo with Ali’i “Scallops”, and the “Nice Cream” Trio for dessert. Seating starts at 5:30 PM, for reservations, call Moku Roots at 808-214-5106.
