Beginning Tai Chi and Meditation Class
Come and learn the art of Tai Chi, " A meditation in motion."
This class provides you with the opportunity to learn simple life strengthening exercises that promote wellbeing, longevity, physical/emotional balance and internal healing.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial arts system practiced for its health benefits and meditation. It helps us achieve spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.
Its' graceful movements, often practiced in slow, gentle and relaxed manner, help the body reconnect to its own self healing abilities and it helps you create a peaceful outlook in life. It is the number 1 exercise in the world for fall prevention, improving balance, mobility and flexibility.
If you suffer from a chronic disease do tai chi for 3 months and see what happens. The power of this Chinese tradition has been proven to heal, restore, and re-energize the body.
These classes are provided by Seeking Harmony. A non-profit organization dedicated to promoting wellness and longevity by providing ongoing activities to help our community develop self-healing practices to prevent illness and live longer, healthier, happier lives.
