Fog-and-fodder demos Upcountry

A Pacific Northwest executive demonstrates a portable fog-drip machine reportedly producing up to 480 gallons of clean drinking water daily. Kevin Collinspresident of Tsunami Products of Liberty Lake, Wash., shows the Tsunami 1000 atmospheric-water-extraction machine touted at website www.tsunamiproducts.com. Collins also demonstrates the Tsunami fodder machine that sprouts 117 pounds or more of fresh animal feed daily. The fog-and-fodder demos are part of the biweekly Kēōkea Farmers Market from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. the second and last Saturdays of the month, with a mini-lecture series on farming/ranching-related topics. Organizers ask attendees to bring a sweater or jacket and a chair.
