Coaches Training Institute Launches Course on Maui
The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) which is the oldest and the largest in-person training school in the world, will be offering its
Co-Active Coach Training courses on Maui Sept 21-23 offering a Fundamentals Class.
Location: Kihei-Wailea at Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, Kihei-Wailea, HI
“We are so thrilled to bring the world’s foremost coach training programs to Hawaii,” said Sydney
Wiecking CPCC, one of the course leaders and a resident of the Big Island.
“CTI is expanding into new markets to offer our Co-Active Model and tools to the growing demand
for coach training as people embrace our work not just as a profession or career change, but as a skill-set that is
highly effective in building stronger relationships with employees, clients, colleagues and family members,”
said Karl Sniady, President of CTI. “Learning how to have powerful Co-Active conversations can transform
every relationship in your life.”
“If you do want to become a professional coach, this is a fantastic time to do it, as the industry is experiencing
strong growth right now,” says Mary Kuentz CPCC, also a resident of the Big Island and a senior course leader
for CTI. “It’s a profession that allows much flexibility and doesn’t depend on geographical location, so coaches
living in Hawaii can work by phone with clients all over the world.”
Similar in some ways to therapist, mentor and consultant but unique in their approach and training, Co-Active
Coaches have conversations with their clients designed to evoke transformation that helps the client grow into
the most fulfilled and successful person they can be.
The Co-Active Model that is the foundation of all of CTI’s Co-Active training encompasses a philosophy,
methodology, skill-set and communication form that balances self-awareness, relationship intelligence and
courageous action so people can become deeply fulfilled, connected to others and successful in what matters
most. The Co-Active Model is being applied in business, education, medicine, government, communities and
families around the world.
With 35,000 students trained and courses provided in 19 countries, CTI was founded in 1992 by Karen and Henry Kimsey-House and Laura Whitworth. CTI is headquartered in San Rafael, CA.For more information or to register for Co-Active Coach Training in Hawaii, please visit www.thecoaches.com or call 1-800-691-6008.
